Scottsdale, Arizona--(Newsfile Corp. - June 4, 2026) - Tristar Gold Inc. (TSXV:TSG) (OTCQB: TSGZF) ("Tristar" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced "best efforts" brokered private placement (the "Offering") of units ("Units") for gross proceeds of C$10,352,530.
