(“FTA”) announces the changes to the investment strategies, name and other related matters, previously announced on January 27, 2026, for the First Trust Merger Arbitrage ETF (NYSE Arca: MARB) (the “Fund”), a series of First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund III, are expected to occur in late June 2026.
