FireFox Announces Upsizing of Private Placement to $7,100,000

(TSX.V:FFOX)(OTCQB:FFOXF) ("FireFox" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated May 15, 2026, due to strong investor demand, it has upsized its previously announced private placement to 11,833,333 units of the Company (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.60 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of up to $7,100,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit is comprised of one common share (each, a "Share") and one half of one common share purchase warrant (each full warrant, a "Warrant").
