(CSE: GGLD) (OTC Pink: GNRGF) (FSE: 7S50) (the "Company") announces that the proposed private placement, previously announced on May 5, 2026, has been oversubscribed. The Company proposed to complete a private placement of units of the Company at a price of CDN$0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of not less than CDN$1,500,000.
