Gensource Potash Corporation Announces Granting of Stock Options

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan--(Newsfile Corp. - May 11, 2026) - Gensource Potash Corporation (TSXV: GSP) ("Gensource" or the "Company"), a fertilizer development company focused on sustainable potash production, announces that it has granted an aggregate of 10,000,000 stock options to certain directors, senior officers and consultants of the Corporation, at an exercise price of $0.165 per share and are exercisable for a period of 5 years. The options were granted under the Company's stock option plan and each stock option entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company.
