Mineral Road Closes Second Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement

(CSE: ROAD) (the "Company" or "ROAD") is pleased to announce that, further to its news releases of April 8th, May 1st, May 21st and May 29th, 2026, it has closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement. The Company has issued an additional 3,000,000 units at a price of $0.06 per unit for proceeds of $180,000 (the "Private Placement").
