("AIML" or the "Company") (CSE:AIML)(OTCQB:AIMLF)(FSE:42FB) is pleased to announce that it is proposing to complete a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") pursuant to which the Company will issue convertible debentures ("Debentures") in the principal amount of up to $3,000,000.
