(TSX: CSCI) (OTCQB: CSCIF) (“COSCIENS” or the “Company”) announced today that it has filed a Rule 13e-3 Transaction Statement (the “Transaction Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). As previously disclosed, as part of its overall cost savings initiative, the Company voluntarily delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market effective September 5, 2025, as the first step in a broader strategy to seek to terminate or suspend its public reporting obligations under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”).
