( TSXV: YFI ) ( OTC: KPIFF ), a leader in interference-resilient wireless silicon and Spectrum Slicing™ technology, today announced that it has entered into a C$90,000 secured loan facility with Brian Imrie, a director of the Company.   The facility bears interest at 12% per annum, compounded monthly, and matures on the earlier of February 13, 2027and five business days following receipt by the Company of the proceeds of its anticipated HST refund claim. The facility may be prepaid by the Company at any time without penalty.
