Northern Graphite Announces Closing of Flow Through Share Private Placement

Ottawa, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - March 10, 2026) - Northern Graphite Corporation (TSXV: NGC) (OTCQB: NGPHF) (FSE: 0NG) (XSTU:0NG) (the "Company" or "Northern") announces that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 7,142,858 common shares of the Company issued on a flow-through basis at a price of $0.28 per share for gross proceeds of $2,000,000. The common shares qualify as "flow-through shares" within the meaning of subsection 66(15) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) (the "Tax Act").
