Greenbriar Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement and Completion of Shares for Debt Transaction

(TSXV: GRB) (OTC Pink: GEBRF) ("Greenbriar" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed the non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") previously announced in its News Release dated March 9, 2026. The Private Placement comprises a total of 625,000 units (each, a "Unit") at CAD $0.40 per Unit for gross proceeds of CAD $250,000.
