Mineral Road Closes First Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement

(CSE: ROAD) (the "Company" or "ROAD") is pleased to announce that it has closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement previously announced on April 8, 2026. The Company has issued 3,000,000 units at a price of $0.06 per unit for proceeds of $180,000 (the "Private Placement").
