Kavango Resources makes management changes

Kavango Resources PLC (LSE:KAV, OTC:KVGOF) said it is reshaping its board and senior management team as the Southern Africa-focused metals explorer and gold producer prepares for its next phase of development. Peter Wynter Bee, currently interim chief executive and non-executive chairman, will step down from the board on 1 July 2026.
