Commerzbank CEO calls UniCredit offer unusual for not offering premium

Commerzbank CEO Bettina Orlopp said ​on Tuesday that it ‌was "unusual" that UniCredit's offer to buy the German bank ​did not carry ​a premium but that Commerzbank ⁠was always willing ​to talk.
