Donaldson Company Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 6.7%

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 32.0 cents per share, an increase of 6.7% from the prior quarterly dividend of 30.0 cents per share. The dividend is payable June 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on June 15, 2026.
