LATROBE, PA / ACCESS Newswire / May 19, 2026 / Commercial National Financial Corporation (OTCQX:CNAF), parent company of Commercial Bank & Trust of PA, has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share payable June 5, 2026 to shareholders of record as of May 29, 2026. On August 19, 2025 the Company announced that it had authorized a stock repurchase program for up to 143,048 shares of its common stock, representing five percent of shares currently outstanding.
