Gilead Prices $3 Billion of Senior Unsecured Notes

FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- #GILD--Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GILD), a biopharmaceutical company that has pursued and achieved breakthroughs in medicine for more than three decades, today announced the pricing of senior unsecured notes in an aggregate principal amount of $3 billion, in an underwritten, registered public offering, consisting of $500 million of 4.250% senior notes maturing in 2028, $1 billion of 4.400% senior notes maturing in 2029, $1 billion of 4.600% senior notes maturi.
