Deveron Announces Intention to Delist

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 8, 2026) - Deveron Corp. (TSXV: FARM.H) ("Deveron" or the "Company") announces that it has obtained disinterested shareholder approval to voluntarily delist (the "Delisting") its common shares (the "Common Shares") from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on December 30, 2025. The Company confirms it has filed an application with the TSXV for the Delisting.
