Purepoint Uranium Announces Grant of Restricted Share Units

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 20, 2026) - Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (TSXV: PTU) (OTCQB: PTUUF) ("Purepoint" or the "Company") approved the issuance of 2,000,000 restricted share units ("RSUs") to its directors pursuant to the Company's Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. The RSUs will vest on the date that is one year from the date of grant and will expire on December 28, 2029.
