("Huya" or the "Company") (NYSE: HUYA), a leading game-related entertainment and services provider, today announced that its board of directors has authorized a new share repurchase program (the "2026 Share Repurchase Program"), effective immediately on March 18, 2026. Under the 2026 Share Repurchase Program, the Company may repurchase up to US$50 million of its American depositary shares ("ADSs") and/or ordinary shares over a 24-month period ending on March 18, 2028.
