Cariboo Rose Resources Announces Upsize of Private Placement

Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire - April 28, 2026 – Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CRB)  (“ Cariboo Rose ” or the “ Company “) announces that it intends to the increase the proceeds from its unit private placement from $500,000 to $700,000 subject to regulatory acceptance. Proceeds from its flow-through share private placement will not change. The non-brokered private placements (the “Placement”) will now consist of:   up to $700,000 by way of a unit private placement at a price of $0.05 per unit, with each unit to consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.08 for a period of 48 months from closing; and
