(CSE:MEGA) (FSE: WR20) (OTCQB: WALRF) (the "Company", "MegaWatt Metals" or “MegaWatt”) announces that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company held on February 19, 2026, the shareholders approved, among other things, the consolidation of the common shares in the capital of the Company (the “Shares”) on the basis of one (1) post‑consolidation Share for a minimum of ten (10) pre-consolidation Shares, with the exact consolidation ratio to be determined by the board of directors of the Company.
