OCC Clears JPMorgan Chase After Trade Surveillance Program Upgrade

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has terminated a March 2024 consent order against JPMorgan Chase Bank that involved the bank's trade surveillance program. The OCC issued the Order Terminating the Consent Order on March 30 and announced it in a Thursday (April 16) press release.
