(TSX: VRTS) (FSE: 9PY0) (the "Company" or "Vertiqal") - Vertiqal is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement through the issuance of secured debentures (each, a "Debenture") at a price of USD$1,000 per Debenture for aggregate gross proceeds of USD$1,948,000 (the "Offering"). The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general growth capital purposes.
