Tajiri Resources Closes First Tranche of $2.5 Million Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 20, 2026) - Tajiri Resources Corp. (TSXV: TAJ) (the "Company" or "Tajiri") is pleased to announce that on Monday, April 20, 2026, it closed the first tranche (the "First Tranche") of its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of units ("Units") of the Company. The First Tranche consisted of 11,752,223 Units at a price of $0.18 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $2,115,400.
