Kiplin Metals Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement Of Up To $500,000

(the “Company” or “Kiplin”) (TSX-V: KIP, FWB: 17G1) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 3,125,000 units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.16 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000 (the “Private Placement”). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”), with each Warrant exercisable to purchase one additional Common Share for a period of 2 years from the date of closing at an exercise price of $0.24.
