GUADALAJARA, Mexico, May 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) informs that after completing several processes aimed at closing the operations approved by its Shareholders' Meeting, it has completed the combination of the businesses of Cross Border Xpress (“CBX”) and the provision of technical assistance services and technology transfer, through the notarization of the merger agreement signed on April 30 of this year.
