Northern Graphite Begins Plant Relocation to Advance Okanjande Restart

Ottawa, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 7, 2026) -  Northern Graphite Corporation (TSXV: NGC) (OTCQB: NGPHF) (FSE: 0NG) (XSTU: 0NG) (the "Company" or "Northern") is pleased to announce that it has initiated work to relocate the processing plant in Namibia to the Okanjande mine site as it advances plans to restart production in late 2027. To support these activities, Northern has awarded a contract to Rotary Engineering Services, based in Namibia, to dismantle the remaining plant infrastructure at the former Okorusu site and transport it to the Okanjande mine site for reassembly.
