Delta Resources Announces Second and Final Closing of an Oversubscribed Premium Charity Flow Through Financing

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 27, 2026) - Delta Resources Limited (TSXV: DLTA) (OTC Pink: DTARF) (FSE: 6G01) ("Delta" or "The Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering"), as previously announced on April 23, 2026. The Company has issued an additional 3,290,498 Charity Flow-Through Units (the "FT Units") for $0.245 per Charity Flow-Through Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $806,172 (the "Private Placement").
