Lomiko Metals Announces Private Placement for Gross Proceeds of up to C$500,000 and Provides Community Update

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSX.V: LMR) (“Lomiko Metals” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a private placement (the “Offering”) for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000 through the issuance of 5,000,000 units of the Company (each, a “Unit”) at a price of C$0.10 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant a “Warrant”), with each Warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common.
