ZenaTech Files Early Warning Report Pursuant to National Instrument 61-103

(NASDAQ: ZENA) (FSE: 49Q) (BMV: ZENA) ("ZenaTech"), a technology solution provider specializing in AI (Artificial Intelligence) drone, Drone as a Service (DaaS), enterprise SaaS, and Quantum Computing solutions, announces that effective April 21, 2026, it has acquired an aggregate of 4,688,499 common shares of Route1 Inc. (the "Issuer") at prices ranging from $0.075 to $0.09 per share over the TSX Venture Exchange representing approximately 10% of the outstanding common shares of the Issuer. ZenaTech did not own any common shares of the Issuer prior to the purchases.
