Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 27, 2026) - General Copper Gold Corp. (CSE: GGLD) (OTC Pink: GNRGF) (FSE: 7S50) (the "Company") announces that it has completed its previously announced private placement of units of the Company by issuing an aggregate of 35,000,000 units at a price of CDN$0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of CDN$1,750,000. Each unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.
