Maersk says ship passed through Strait of Hormuz under U.S. military protection

Maersk said one of its commercial vessels recently transited through the Persian Gulf via the Strait of Hormuz under U.S. military protection. It comes as the U.S. Navy seeks to deliver on President Donald Trump's "Project Freedom" initiative to free ships trapped by Iran's closure of the strait.
