Comprehensive Healthcare Systems Announces Extension of Second Tranche of Private Placement

Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - March 13, 2026) - Comprehensive Healthcare Systems Inc. (TSXV: CHS) (the "Company" or "CHS"), an industry leader in healthcare benefits administration software and services, announces that it will be extending its non-brokered private placement (the "Offering"), previously announced on January 8, 2026 and upsized on January 26, 2026, of an aggregate of: up to 7,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.50 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $3.5 million; plus up to an additional 4,038,462 Units at a price of $0.52 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $2.1 million, for an additional 30 days, until April 13, 2026. The Company closed a first tranche of the Offering on February 10, 2026, issuing all 7,000,000 of the $0.50 Units (see news release dated February 12, 2026).
