Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 1, 2026) - Tajiri Resources Corp. (TSXV: TAJ) (the "Company" or "Tajiri") is pleased to announce it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of units ("Units") of the Company. The Offering consisted of 9,541,524 Units issued at a price of $0.21 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $2,003,720.
