Caesars Entertainment to be bought by Fertitta Entertainment for $17.6 billion

Caesars Entertainment ​said on ‌Thursday it ​would ​be acquired by ⁠Fertitta ​Entertainment ​in an all-cash transaction ​valued ​at about $17.6 billion, ‌including ⁠the assumption of ​about $11.9 ​billion ⁠of outstanding ​debt.
