Endesa CEO to leave position after 12 years

Jose Bogas, the chief executive ​of Spanish utility ‌Endesa , is set to leave his position ​after roughly 12 ​years but will remain ⁠on the board ​as an external ​director, a document for its upcoming shareholders' meeting shows.
