Starboard makes large investment in Dynatrace, sees strategic value

Activist investor Starboard Value on Tuesday disclosed it has made a "substantial investment" in Dynatrace , as it sees the software monitoring ​firm as undervalued despite its strong competitive positioning and long-term ‌growth prospects.
