(NASDAQ: KLIC) ("Kulicke & Soffa," "K&S," "our," or the "Company"), today announced financial results of its second fiscal quarter ended April 4, 2026. The Company reported second quarter net revenue of $242.6 million, net income of $35.1 million, representing EPS of $0.66 per fully diluted share, and non-GAAP net income of $42.1 million, representing non-GAAP EPS of $0.79 per fully diluted share.
