GOAT Industries Announces Auditor Changes

(the “Company” or “GOAT”) (CSE: GOAT) (OTC: BGTTF) (FWB: 26B.F) announces that it has appointed Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants (“ Davidson ”) as the Company's auditor, effective May 13, 2026.   As previously announced, WDM Chartered Professional Accountants resigned as auditor of the Company effective April 6, 2026. The Company subsequently appointed Horizon Assurance LLP (“ Horizon ”) as successor auditor effective April 10, 2026. Horizon resigned as auditor of the Company effective April 19, 2026.
