("Vantage" or the “Company”) reported a net income attributable to shareholders of approximately $0.4 million or $0.03 per diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2026, based on the weighted average shares outstanding, as compared to a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately $18.9 million or $1.42 per diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2025.
