(NASDAQ: ZENA) (FSE: 49Q) (BMV: ZENA) ("ZenaTech"), a technology solution provider specializing in AI (Artificial Intelligence) drone, Drone as a Service (DaaS), enterprise SaaS, and Quantum Computing solutions, announces that effective April 16, 2026, it has acquired an aggregate of 7,635,000 common shares of Boardwalktech Software Corp. (the "Issuer") at prices ranging from $0.035 to $0.05 per share over the TSX Venture Exchange representing approximately 9.40% of the outstanding common shares of the Issuer. In addition, during the same period, Dr. Shaun Passley, the Chief Executive Officer of the Acquiror, acquired an aggregate of 500,000 common shares of the Issuer at prices ranging from $0.035 to $0.05 per share over the TSX Venture Exchange representing approximately 0.61% of the outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
