Noble Plains Announces $1,000,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 20, 2026) - Noble Plains Uranium Corp. (TSXV: NOBL) (FSE: INE0) ("Noble Plains" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of up to 10,000,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000.
