Thermo Fisher to sell its microbiology business to Astorg for about $1.08 billion
Thermo Fisher Scientific said on Monday it has agreed to sell its microbiology business to a pan-European private equity firm Astorg for about $1.08 billion, consisting of cash and a $50 million seller note.
