(NYSE: "BMA"; ByMA: "BMA") ("Banco Macro") and Fintech Digital LLC (collectively, the "Purchasers")  announced today that they have entered into a stock purchase agreement with Liliana Mónica Frávega, Facundo Frávega and Luciano González-Lobo (collectively, the "Sellers").
