Standard Uranium Announces LIFE Offering

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 11, 2026) - Standard Uranium Ltd. (TSXV: STND) (OTCQB: STTDF) (FSE: 9SU0) ("Standard Uranium" or the "Company")  is pleased to announce it will offer up to 9,000,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit, pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 - Prospectus Exemptions, as amended by CSA Coordinated Blanket Order 45-935 - Exemptions from Certain Conditions of the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (collectively, the "Listed Issuer Financing Exemption") for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $900,000 (the "Offering").
